Closing out 2015 with a Bang

New Year’s and THE ABYSS both happen once a year …. that is cause for a celebration!
For NEW YEAR’S EVE, we’ve acquired two rare & exceptional beers:
- The 2015 Reserve Series of THE ABYSS from Deschutes Brewery – this special beer is an Imperial Stout that is partially aged in 3 different types of barrels (Bourbon, Oregon Oak, Pinot Noir) and has layer upon layer of flavors: fruits, chocolate, malt, blackstrap molasses, brewer’s licorice, vanilla beans, and cherry bark. This is the 10th anniversary of THE ABYSS and this years’ version should not be missed!
- Engine House No. 9‘s WILD BLACK CURRENT – a bright and vibrant tart beer with a burst of blackberry and sour cherry notes.
Chef Kristin has also created a zesty celebration pizza with a house made hot oil base, roasted garlic, Mama Lil’s Peppers, spinach, chicken, and gorgonzola. Ask for THE ROCKET!
We are open early for lunch on New Year’s Eve and close at 10pm (leaves plenty of time for you to get situated for the countdown). We are open regular hours on New Year’s Day.
